We've been designing gardens collectively since 2017, and in that time, we've had the privilege of crafting hundreds of unique gardens across the Midlands. Each project has taught us something invaluable about what makes a garden truly special.
Through this journey, we gained a clear understanding of effective client presentations and identified that most designers presented their designs as basic CAD models or hand-drawn sketches, which didn't resonate with their clients. Our garden visual services start from £400.00. This includes creating the garden in 3D from a concept and still images of the proposed design. Additionally, we offer:
Masterplans for projects we have modelled: £75.00
Full-feature, white-labelled animations: £100.00
Lighting visuals content (images and video): £150.00
Interactive tours (360 VR): £150.00

Once you have assigned us to a project, our process begins. Here's an overview of what you can expect:
Assignment and Initiation: Once we receive the assignment, we start working on the project. Our visualisers begin modelling the architectural elements of the project.
Draft Review: Within approximately 7-10 working days, we will showcase draft versions of the still garden images. This step ensures our visuals align with your vision.
Amendments: If any changes are needed, we will make amendments to the design to ensure your customers are happy. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for this work to be completed.
Finalisation: Once your client is 100% satisfied with the visuals, we will finalise the project by producing the full walkthrough animation and updated images.

It takes us an average of 7-10 working days to return projects to our clients, assuming all information is provided accurately upon assignment.
For those needing faster turnaround times, we offer the ability to complete projects in less time at the discretion of the company and for a nominal fee.

To help us identify the project, we request your end customer's surname alongside the address of the site. This will form the identifier within our process. Please also provide a clear deadline if this is imperative to the project's conversion.
To ensure we produce accurate drawings without visiting the site personally, please provide the following:
Project Details: Your end customer's surname and site address.
Site Survey & Sketch: A garden site survey accompanied by a rough sketch (digitally or hand-drawn) with clear notes.
Garden Images & Videos: Pictures and videos of the site, especially capturing the house and surrounding area, to help us produce an accurate environment for the garden visuals.
This information is crucial for us to create the best possible visual representation of your project.

We have access to a wide range of high-quality plant models in our library, allowing us to create realistic and vibrant garden visuals. We recommend providing either a planting style or palette so we can replicate this as accurately as possible in our visuals.
Please note that while we strive to represent a variety of plants, not all specific plant species can be shown due to model availability. However, we aim to provide a close approximation to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.

Two rounds of design amendments are included within our visualisation services following the first draft feedback. Additional revisions will be charged at £50 each.
Please allow at least 2 working days for the amendments to be made.
Note that video animations are produced only once, and any additional revisions are charged at £75 each.

We primarily represent the plans provided to us and do not include creative design work as part of our standard process. This approach helps us avoid infringing on the your vision or risking projects becoming over budget.
However, we are technically versed in garden design and can offer recommendations where needed. If you require creative design work included, we can accommodate this at a different investment level, which can be discussed during your consultation.
