Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you or relevant customers for one of the following reasons:

  • To keep you informed on your project's development

  • To communicate with you directly to coordinate meetings

  • To identify the project by using your end customer's surname alongside the address of the site

  • To ensure accurate drawings with a garden site survey, accompanied by sketches, pictures, and videos of the site

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Contact you following your initial inquiry

  • Manage your project through our work pipeline

  • Produce and store visuals and 3D content for your garden design project

We may share this information with relevant third-party companies such as landscape construction companies to cooperate with them effectively.

Your information is securely stored. We keep your garden design project data, contact logs, personal identifiers, and contact information for 5 years following the completion of your design project. After this period, we will dispose of your information by removing it permanently from our company database.
