Stage 4: Design Pack

Once the design is right, we will formulate your bespoke garden plans into a comprehensive design pack which will include the following:

• 2D scaled, annotated drawing

• 3D visualisations & photorealistic garden walkthrough

• Product guidance sheet

• A1 paper copies

• Garden lighting plan & night-time visuals (optional)

• Garden planning & construction pack (optional)

Stage 3: Garden Design

When we have the detail of your garden, we can start truly putting pen to paper. Our designers will transform the topological survey into a 3D Computer Assisted Design (CAD) drawing where we can take you on a journey through your garden; explaining design decisions and suggesting our personal recommendations from our wealth of experience. We do not include planting plans as a part of our service but will make practical recommendations where necessary.

Stage 2: Site Survey & Analysis

Following the Initial Consultation, we will arrange an appropriate time for our design team to visit you in person. We use this time to expand upon them whilst in your garden. As professionals, we can offer our insight whilst on site and truly begin to understand your vision. We will also arrange for a specialist surveyor to take measurements of your garden, this is vital to us in obtaining all the necessary detail for us to produce an accurate design. Stage 1: Free Initial Consultation

At Design Only Gardens, we begin by discussing your garden requirements by scheduling an online call at a time that suits you. We will explore your existing garden space through pictures and videos and discuss your ideas on how we can best flesh out the space. We will also take this time to go through our design process in more detail with examples of our design work.
